On a phone the sidebar becomes a bar along the bottom of the screen. It has five slots. If a role has more than five destinations, the first four get a tab and the fifth becomes More, which opens a sheet with the rest.
Employer Sidebar
Five entries, two of which can expand.Home
Your dashboard. It shows your headcount, your next payroll, what is waiting on you, recent activity, and a getting-started checklist. The header has two buttons, Add people and Run payroll. See Employer Dashboard.People
Your directory of everyone you work with, employees and contractors in one list. See People.Pay
A group. It opens onto:- Overview - the Pay page, where you start a payroll run and pay contractors.
- History - every past run. See Payroll History.
- Adjustments - bonuses, deductions, and other one-off changes. See Payroll Adjustments.
- Payroll settings - your pay schedule and preferences. See Payroll Settings.
Finance
Your money records: every invoice in one read-only table, your balance and funding, and the FX reconciliation ledger. See Understanding Invoices.Compliance
Your verification status, your statutory filings, and the agreements you have signed with Omnivoo. See Compliance & Documents. If you only pay contractorsIf you told us during onboarding that you pay contractors and do not hire employees, Pay is a single link to the Pay page rather than a group. History, Adjustments and Payroll settings are all about running payroll for employees, so they are not shown. Home, People, Finance and Compliance are the same for everyone.
Account Menu and Help (Bottom of Sidebar)
At the bottom of the sidebar you will find a Book a meeting link, a Help & AI chat button, and your avatar. Click your avatar to open the account menu (it opens upward) with:- Profile: your personal account. See My Profile.
- Company settings: company details, team members, billing, payment methods, single sign-on and agents. See Company Settings.
- Team members: a shortcut to the people in your company.
- A role switcher, only if you also hold another role on Omnivoo. See Switching Between Your Dashboards.
- Logout.
If your business verification was declined, the Book a meeting link and the Help & AI chat button are hidden, along with the hire and pay buttons on your dashboard. See Verifying your business (KYB).
Employee Sidebar
Four entries, two of which expand.
Your Profile is not a sidebar item. It lives in the avatar menu at the bottom, alongside Switch to Employer (only if you also manage a company) and Logout. See Editing Your Profile.
The Help & AI chat button sits above the avatar. There is no Book a meeting link in the employee sidebar; that is employer-only.
On a phone all four entries fit, so there is no More tab.
Contractor Sidebar
Six entries, none of which expand.- Home: your contractor dashboard, showing what is waiting on you, what you have earned, and your engagements. See Your Contractor Dashboard.
- Clients: the companies you work with, plus any invites you have sent that are still waiting. See Your clients and work history.
- Contracts: your work agreements, to read and sign. See Contractor Work Agreements.
- Invoices: the invoices you submit to get paid. See Submitting Invoices.
- Payouts: the payments sent to you. See Getting Paid.
- Documents: the documents on file for you. See Your Documents Page.
Getting Help on Any Page

Omnivoo only shows what is relevant to your role:
