Level 1: My clients
The page is headed My clients: “Companies you work with, plus the invites you’ve sent that are still waiting. Open a client to see your engagements and their history.” An Invite a client button sits in the header. See Inviting your own client.Pending invites
If you have invited a client who has not answered yet, a Pending invites section sits above your clients, one row per invite, each with a status and a way to cancel it. See Inviting your own client for what each status means.Your clients
Below that is a grid of cards, one per company you work (or have worked) with. Each card shows the company’s logo (or a letter avatar when there’s no logo), its name, and a tally like 2 active · 1 past. Click a card to open that company’s engagements. Engagements that aren’t attached to a company don’t appear here. With no clients and no open invites, the page shows “No clients yet” with “Invite a client to get started. We’ll email them, and they set the rate, scope and payment terms when they accept. Then you can send invoices and get paid.” and an Invite a client button.Level 2: One company’s engagements
Opening a client shows its title as the company name and the subtitle “Your engagements with this company”, with a Back to employers link. Below that is a table of your engagements with that company, active ones first, then past:
Click any row to open that engagement’s detail. If there are no engagements with this company, you see “No engagements.”
Level 3: One engagement
An engagement’s detail page has a Back to employers link, the engagement title, the company name as a subtitle, and five cards.Terms
Shows the engagement status as a badge, plus:- Company
- Billing mode: Hourly, Fixed monthly, or One-off
- Rate
- Payment terms
- Started
- Ended, or “Present” while it’s ongoing
