When you employ people through Omnivoo EOR, each employee carries a monthly EOR management fee. This article explains how that fee is priced, where it shows up on your invoices, and the discounts that can apply to it.

The EOR Management Fee

The EOR management fee is charged per employee, per month, in USD. It covers Omnivoo acting as the employer of record for that person.

How the Fee Is Priced

Your per-employee price depends on two things: The CTC is the salary plus any bonus, overtime, arrears or allowance paid that month. Reimbursements don’t count. When employer contributions are on top of salary, they count too. The fee is billed once a month per employee. If a later run in the same month, like an off-cycle bonus, moves someone into a higher band, that run bills only the difference. If they stay in the same band, it bills no fee. Your account is billed the effective price for each employee’s tier at your current headcount bucket. Your agreement with Omnivoo may also set your own salary bands and prices. An employee whose CTC falls in one of your bands is billed that band’s price, and anyone outside them is billed the standard price for their tier.

How the Fee Appears on Invoices

On an EOR invoice, the management fee shows up as an EOR service fee line for each employee, with the employee’s name appended. When several employees are billed on the same invoice, those lines are grouped under a collapsible EOR fees (N employees) header that shows the combined subtotal. Expand it to see the per-employee detail. For the full breakdown of how to read invoice line items, see Understanding Invoices.

80% Off Your First Invoice

The EOR service fee on your company’s first EOR invoice is 80% off, for every employee on that invoice. The discount applies to the service fee only. Salaries, the transaction fee and any other charges are billed in full. When you run payroll for the first time, the EOR Fees tile and the EOR Service Fees line in the Cost Breakdown read 80% off, first invoice, with a note showing how much the discount saved. On the invoice, each employee’s fee line reads (80% first-month discount), and the invoice carries an 80% first-month offer badge in the Finance invoice table.

Term Discounts

If you commit to Omnivoo for a set term, your agreement can take a percentage off every band for that term, for example 10% off for 6 months or 20% off for 12 months. The exact term and discount are the ones in your signed Commercial Addendum. The discount starts once you have signed and the term’s start date arrives, and it ends on the last day of the term. After that, the rates in your agreement apply without the discount. If you end the engagement for convenience before the term ends, the discount already received is repaid with the final settlement.
