The twelve items
There is no way to tick an item by hand. Each one is marked complete by the step that owns it, which is what keeps the checklist and the record in step.
What is tracked but does not hold you up
Your UAN, your ESI number, your bank passbook and your employment-history documents (resume, degree certificates, experience letters, relieving letter, previous payslips) are all kept, and none of them blocks you from finishing. A first-time employee has no UAN until we open one, so it could never be a requirement. Give us your UAN as soon as you have it all the same: without it you are absent from the PF return, and your previous employer’s provident fund cannot be transferred across. If you finished before the Policies step existed
Your onboarding stays complete. The three policy items will show as outstanding, because we genuinely do not hold your acknowledgement yet, and ticking them is how we get it.What’s Next?
- Setting Up Your Account (Onboarding) - The guided flow that walks you through these items in order.
- Uploading Your Onboarding Documents - Upload the identity, address, and banking documents the checklist tracks.
