# Booking a Meeting with Omnivoo

> How to schedule a call with the Omnivoo team from the booking calendar in the app.

If you would like to talk things through with the Omnivoo team, you can schedule a call without leaving the app.

  **Book a meeting** is in the employer sidebar only. The employee portal and the contractor portal do not show this link, so use the in-app help chat or your Omnivoo contact instead.

## Opening the Scheduler

At the bottom of the employer sidebar, click the **Book a meeting** link. This opens the **Book a meeting** page at **/employer/book-meeting**, titled with the line "Schedule a call with the Omnivoo team."

## Picking a Time

The page shows the booking calendar, with your name and email already filled in. Pick an open slot, confirm, and you get the invite by email. There are no extra Omnivoo fields to fill in and no separate booking status to track on our side.
