> ## Agent Instructions
> Omnivoo is an India-first Employer of Record (EOR) platform. EOR hiring is India only; contractors are supported in 220+ countries and territories.
> Never tell a user to log in with a password. Authentication is passwordless: email OTP, passkeys, Google, or SSO.
> Statutory figures (TDS slabs, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity) change by financial year. Always state the year the figure applies to.
> Never name a third-party payment provider as Omnivoo’s payment rail. Refer to "our payments partner".

# Your Profile & Security

> Manage your name and photo, language and notifications, two-factor authentication, secondary email, passkeys and active sessions.

Your profile is part of **Settings**. Click your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar and select **Profile**. Under **Your account** on the left are three sections: **Profile**, **Preferences** and **Sign-in & security**. Your company's sections sit below them. See [Company Settings](/employer/company-settings).

## Profile

**Personal information** holds your **Photo** (click **Change photo**), your **Full name**, your **Work email** (the email you sign in with, read only) and your **Role** (only the company owner can change roles).

Change your name and a bar appears at the bottom of the card. Click **Save changes**, or **Discard changes** to put it back.

**Delete account** is at the bottom. See [My profile](/account/profile-settings) for what we keep and why.

## Preferences

Everything here saves as soon as you change it and shows **Saved** beside the control.

* **Language:** the language Omnivoo is shown in. It follows your account to a new device.
* **Marketing communications:** product updates, tips and feature announcements. Essential notifications about payroll, contracts and compliance are always sent and cannot be turned off.
* **Omni messages**, **What Omni remembers** and **Download my Omni history**. See [My profile](/account/profile-settings#preferences).

## Sign-in & security

### Sign-in emails

Your **Registered email** is your primary sign-in email. Next to **Secondary email**, click **Add** to add a second address you can sign in with.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Enter the address and send a code">
    Enter the address and click **Send code**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your inbox">
    A 6-digit code is sent to that address. The field accepts digits only.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify the code">
    Enter the code and click **Verify**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Until it is verified the address shows **Pending verification**, with **Resend code** and **Remove**. Once verified it shows **Verified**, and **Remove** asks you to confirm first. See [Add a secondary email](/account/secondary-email).

### Two-factor authentication

An extra 6-digit code from an authenticator app at sign-in. Next to **Authenticator app**, click **Set up**, scan the QR code (or copy the secret key beneath it), enter the 6-digit code and click **Verify & Enable**. **Cancel setup** backs out.

Once it is on, the card shows **Enabled**, with **Regenerate Recovery Codes** and **Disable Two-Factor Authentication**. See [Two-Factor Authentication](/account/two-factor-auth).

<Note>
  Two-factor authentication is on employer profiles only. Employees and contractors get passkeys and active sessions.
</Note>

### Passkeys

Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key instead of an emailed code. Name the device if you like and click **Add a passkey**. See [Passkeys](/account/passkeys).

### Active sessions

Every device signed in to your account, with the browser, the country and IP it signed in from, and when it was last active. The device you are on is tagged **Current** and cannot be revoked.

**Revoke** signs out one device. **Log out of all devices** signs out everywhere, including this device, after you confirm. See [Session & Security](/account/session-management).

To sign out of just this device, use **Logout** in the avatar menu.
