# Your Employee Dashboard

> Overview of the Omnivoo employee home page - what needs you, when you are next paid, and what you have earned this year.

**Home** is your first screen on Omnivoo. It answers the three things you open the app for: what still needs you, when you are next paid, and what you have earned and paid in tax so far this financial year.

Omnivoo's Employer of Record (EOR) service covers full-time employees in India, so the pay, tax, and statutory details on this page are India-specific (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax).

## The Employee Sidebar

Four destinations, in the order you use them:

| Sidebar item | Where it goes |
| - | - |
| **Home** | This page |
| **Pay** | **Payslips** ([guide](/employee-self-service/downloading-payslips)) and **Bank account** ([guide](/employee-self-service/updating-bank-details)) |
| **Tax** | **Tax documents** ([guide](/employee-self-service/tax-documents)), **Investment declaration** ([guide](/employee-self-service/investment-declarations)) and **Flexible benefits** ([guide](/employee-self-service/flexible-benefits)) |
| **Documents** | Your offer letter, your employer's document requests, and your own uploads ([guide](/employee-self-service/documents)) |

The avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar has **Profile** ([guide](/employee-self-service/editing-profile)), **Switch to Employer** (only if you are also an employer on Omnivoo), and **Logout**.

On a phone the sidebar becomes a bar along the bottom of the screen, with **Profile** and **Logout** behind **More**.

## What You See on Home

### Needs your attention

When something is outstanding, a card at the top of the page lists it. Each row has a button that takes you straight to the page that clears it.

| Task | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Sign your offer letter** | Your employment starts once both sides have signed. Opens **Documents**. |
| **Add your bank account** | Your salary is paid into this account, so payroll needs it before the next run. Opens **Bank account**. |
| **Add your PAN and UAN** | PF and TDS are filed against these numbers. Opens **Profile**. |
| **Upload requested documents** | Your employer has asked for these. Opens **Documents**. |
| **Declare your investments** | Declared investments lower the TDS deducted from every payslip. Opens **Investment declaration**. |

When nothing is outstanding the card is not shown at all.

### Next payday

Once your employer's payroll is checked and queued, a banner at the top of Home says the day it lands, for example **Your September 2026 salary will be credited on October 5, 2026.** Salaries go out on the 5th, or the working day before when that is a bank holiday.

Your expected take-home and the date it is paid, with how many days are left. Next to it is your **Monthly CTC**, and a bar shows where it goes: your take-home, TDS, and PF and other deductions.

Below that is your latest payslip, with **Download** for the PDF and **All payslips** for the full list. See [Downloading payslips](/employee-self-service/downloading-payslips).

### This financial year

What you have **Earned**, the **Tax deducted**, and your **Take-home** so far this financial year, with a chart of your take-home for each of the last six months.

### Tax

Your **Tax regime** (new or old), whether your **Investment declaration** is not started, a draft, submitted or verified, and your **Form 16** for the last financial year, with **View** once it is ready. See [Tax documents](/employee-self-service/tax-documents) and [Investment declarations](/employee-self-service/investment-declarations).

### Upcoming holidays

The next national public holidays in India, with the day of the week each falls on.

### Your employment

Your role, your employer, the date you started, and the last four digits of the bank account your salary is paid into.

## If You Have No Employer Yet

If you signed up on your own and no employer has added you, Home shows a holding message with your email address to share with them. Your pay, tax documents and employment details appear as soon as they connect you.

## Product Tour

The first time you open Home, a short tour points out **Needs your attention** (when something is waiting on you), **Next payday**, your pages, and **Ask Omni**. On a phone, **Ask Omni** and your profile are under **More**. Once you finish or skip it, it does not come back.

## Mobile Access

The employee app is responsive and works in mobile browsers. You can see what needs you, download payslips, open your tax documents and upload requested documents. Visit [app.omnivoo.com](https://app.omnivoo.com) on your mobile browser and log in.
